Private dining at Ocean Seven refers to reserved seating experiences designed for larger groups who want an intimate setting and private space with Gulf views.

We offer custom menus based on the nature of the event, as well as give you the option to choose from a variety of prix-fixed, hors d'oeuvre, or buffet menus.

Booking in advance is recommended, especially during weekends and peak travel seasons. Early inquiries help secure preferred seating times and allow the team to prepare the dining experience properly. 

A food and beverage minimum is the baseline amount required to be spent on culinary dishes and alcohol packages during your event block. If your final selection totals do not meet this minimum, the remaining balance is billed as a Venue Space Deficit Fee. Taxes, gratuities, and room rental fees do not count toward this minimum.

Yes! We charge a flat $5 per guest cake-cutting fee for outside desserts to cover plating and service. For wine, we allow a maximum of two 750ml bottles per party with a $35 per bottle corkage fee (restricted to bottles not currently featured on our award-winning wine list).

Your final, guaranteed guest count must be submitted in writing exactly 7 business days prior to your event. This count acts as your billing baseline and cannot be reduced after this deadline.

For bookings on The Terrace or Sielo Rooftop, Ocean Seven monitors weather closely. In the case of inclement weather, we will work with you to transition your event into one of our premium indoor spaces, subject to venue availability.

Our standard evening space bookings are for 3 hours. If your event exceeds the contracted timeline, a fee of $500 per additional 30-minute increment will be automatically applied to the final invoice, subject to staffing availability.
